These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “T&C's”) govern the contractual relationship between Jet Must, a Simplified Joint Stock Company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) with a capital of €1,000, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Grasse under the SIREN number 939629523, whose registered office is located at 230 Route des Dolines, 06906 Sophia Antipolis, France, and any person placing an order on the website Jetmust.com
(hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

1. Scope of Application
These T&C's; apply to any order placed on the website Jetmust.com for physical products intended for business aviation, deliverable in France and internationally.
2. Product Features
The essential characteristics of the products offered are described on their respective product pages.
The Customer is invited to read these descriptions carefully before placing an order. The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractual.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
• Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
• Any applicable delivery charges are specified before finalizing the order.
• Accepted payment methods: credit card and bank transfer.
In case of non-payment, Jet Must reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
4. Delivery
• Orders are shipped via DPD, DHL, or FedEx.
• Delivery times are provided at the time of the order. These times are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Jet Must cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carriers.
• Delivery charges vary depending on the selected carrier and delivery location.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of
the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
• Procedure: The Customer must notify their intention to withdraw via email (contact@jetmust.com) by providing the order reference, the product concerned, and their intention to withdraw.
• Withdrawal Form: To facilitate the process, the Customer may use the withdrawal form below or simply send an email with the necessary information for identification.

• Conditions: The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the error is attributable to Jet Must.
• Refund: In case of withdrawal, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned
products.
6. Legal Guarantees
The products sold benefit from the following legal guarantees:
1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code): The product must conform to its description and be suitable for the expected use. In the case of non-conformity, the Customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund.
2. Guarantee Against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code): If a defect renders the product unsuitable for use, the Customer may request a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.

7. After-Sales Service and Commercial Guarantees
Where applicable, specific commercial warranties may be offered for certain products. The terms of these warranties will be specified on the respective product page.
8. Duration and Termination
Contracts with a minimum duration or specific obligations will be specified in the respective offers.
9. Liability
Jet Must cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products by the Customer, force majeure, or any event beyond its control.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Jet Must and cannot be reproduced or used without prior authorization.
11. Dispute Resolution
• In case of dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service for an amicable resolution.
• Failing this, the Customer may appeal to a mediator via: mediateurduecommerce@fevad.com
• The Customer may also access the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform via the

• As a last resort, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of Jet Must’s registered office.
12. Unique Identifier (IDU)

13. Modification of the T&Cs
Jet Must reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
