Jet Must Stars Loyalty Program  Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Jet Must Stars is a premium loyalty program designed for business aviation professionals. Our program rewards members for their purchases on JetMust.com.  Inspired by elite hospitality programs, Jet Must Stars provides unparalleled value and exclusive privileges tailored for aviation industry professionals. Members earn rewards for their purchases and enjoy benefits designed to enhance their business aviation experience.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

2.1 Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have obtained legal parental/guardian consent.
• Membership is free and does not require a purchase to enroll.
• The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership at our sole discretion if fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior is detected.

2.2 Enrollment & Account Management

• Customers can enroll by purchasing or creating an account on Jetmust.com.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains accurate and up to date.
• Each member is limited to one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual may be subject to termination

3. Program Tiers & Earning Stars

3.1 Tier Structure

The Program consists of four membership tiers:

3.2 Earning Stars

• Stars are earned only on eligible purchases made directly on our website.

• The number of stars earned depends on the member’s current tier at the time of purchase.

• Stars may take up to 48 hours to be credited to the member’s account.

• Exclusions: Stars will not be earned on taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, refunded/canceled transactions, or purchases made with coupons.

4. Redeeming Rewards

4.1 Reward Issuance

• Rewards are issued as discount coupons that members receive when they accumulate enough stars.

• Once a reward is available, it will appear on the My Rewards page in the member’s account.

• Members will also receive an automated email notification when a reward is available for redemption.

4.2 Redeeming Coupons

• To redeem a reward, members must log into their account, go to the My Rewards page, click 'Get Coupon,' and copy the coupon code.

• Coupon codes must be applied at checkout for eligible purchases.

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.3 Coupon & Reward Restrictions

• Rewards can only be used once per transaction.

• Multiple coupons may be used within the same purchase, subject to availability.

• Coupons are subject to expiration dates, which will be indicated on the My Rewards page and in the email notification.

• We reserve the right to adjust, revoke, or cancel rewards if fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected.

5. Compliance with French Law & GDPR

5.1 Consumer Protection & Fair Business Practices

• This program operates in full compliance with French consumer protection laws (Code de la Consommation, Loi Hamon).

• Rewards are transparent, fair, and non-discriminatory in accordance with French regulations.

5.2 Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

• By enrolling in the Jet Must Stars Loyalty Program, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purpose of managing your rewards.

• We comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and French data protection laws.

• Members have the right to:

- Access their personal data

- Request correction or deletion of their data

- Withdraw consent for marketing communications

6. Program Modifications, Termination & Limitations

6.1 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including its tiers, earning structure, redemption process, and benefits, while ensuring a reasonable notice period and in compliance with applicable laws.

• Any significant modification will be communicated in advance via our website and/or by email at least 30 days before its implementation.

• Already earned stars and rewards will not be removed without providing an equivalent compensation.

6.2 Account Termination & Fraud Prevention

We may terminate a member’s participation in the Program if we detect:

• Fraudulent activities (e.g., fake purchases, multiple accounts, misuse of coupons).

• A violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Use of the Program for commercial purposes, which does not align with its intended purpose.

• Before any final termination, the concerned member will receive a written notification and will have 15 days to contest the decision by contacting us.

• If fraud is confirmed, accumulated stars and rewards will be canceled without compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

• Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or claims arising from the Program shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.

• If no resolution is reached, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration, in accordance with French consumer dispute resolution rules.
