A recipe with the fresh bitterness of a high altitude Yuzu from Japan, highlighted by an Infusion of Gentian as well as an Infusion of Bergamot in Sicilian Lemon juice. 
An organic concentrate to dilute, without added flavors and with multiple uses: in shots, diluted with sparkling water, in cocktails, in mocktails, or in cooking.
The perfect dosage: 40ml of Le Yuzu Concentrate and 160ml of sparkling water.
