TASTING NOTES
Perfect balance of sweet and sour aromas and flavors. On the nose, it is sweet and sour, balanced with a long, fruity, woody finish. On the palate, we find the typical acidity of balsamic vinegar. Delicate fruity notes persist.

Obtained from a selection of the finest organic cooked grape musts and organic red wine vinegar. Aged in oak barrels for at least 60 days..
