Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray: Balanced and intense, its aromatic palette revolves around vegetal notes of freshly cut grass, with a slightly fiery finish and intense, persistent aromas. Ideal for sublimating Mediterranean cuisine with character. Served on green vegetables, salads or grilled white meats, it will reveal all their flavors.
Red Wine Vinegar Spray: A harmony of round, generous flavors. A unique balance of aroma and acidity. This vinegar is ideal as a dressing for tomato or goat’s cheese salads, or as a marinade for red meats. It’s also ideal for enhancing oysters, shellfish and gazpacho.
