TASTING NOTES
VEGETAL, FIERY, LIVELY 
Extraordinary flavor of artichoke and green hazelnut. La Béruguette is slightly bitter with a very characteristic hot and spicy aspect.
 
TERROIR
At Château d’Estoublon, located in the heart of the Alpilles mountain range since 1489, the great Provençal varieties are king, revealing the essence of the Baux-de-Provence terroir, with its unique blend of complexity and freshness. Farming is sustainable and respectful of nature.
 
TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
The harvest took place from early November to mid-December. Pressed in our Domaine mill within 24 hours of harvesting.
Ingredient: Organic extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
Product of France.
