Fauchon's mini kit of 5 individual jams brings together five essential flavors from the jam range and embodies the pleasure of giving. This little kit includes a Mini jar of strawberry jam with rose petals, a mini redcurrant raspberry jelly, a Mini jar of apricot jam from Languedoc-Roussillon, a Mini jar of Seville bitter orange jam and a mini Mara des bois strawberry jam. The fruit is picked when just ripe to preserve and intensify its aromas and scents. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, Fauchon perpetuates the tradition of slow cooking small quantities of cane sugar in copper cauldrons. This ancestral method brings out the caramelized, honeyed flavors that are the signature of Fauchon jams.

Gelée groseille framboise Cane sugar, currant juice 35 g, raspberry juice 18 g, gelling agent : pectins. Per 100 g of finished product : prepared with 53 g of fruits juice, total sugars content : 61 g. 
Confiture orange amère de Séville Cane sugar, bitter oranges from Seville. Per 100 g of finished product : prepared with 42 g of fruits, total sugars content : 61 g.
